Rope Logic’s FIX Tether is the great choice for your Rope Wrench. Both the single and double eye versions offer a small loop sewn into the tether for easy tending, and the FIX single eye works perfectly with the Pinto-style pulley and the double eye works with the Hitch Climber-style pulley.

The new material and a special chemical and thermal process give to the cam, in addition to black color, a much higher surface hardness. The result is a great wear resistance and a reduction of the fragility that usually penalizes steels by quenching to low temperatures.

The ISC Rope Wrench is used to create a ‘bend’ in the rope, above the climber’s hitch. With the addition of a stiff tether, the STRW created a ‘contained double rope system’, on a single line of rope. This contained double rope system travels with the climber as they move around the tree, allowing a consistent level of friction on the hitch, which is impossible to achieve in double rope climbing.
